Very nice first experience here! Seafood pancake and dolsot bibimbap were A+, with good banchan. Very straightforward, good food and service. If you are looking for more of a high energy atmosphere this may not be for you. I enjoyed how laid back and simple it was.

My Go-To for Authentic Korean! Arirang is hands down the best Korean restaurant I've ever eaten at. Every dish bursts with rich, authentic flavors, and the best part is that it's all incredibly affordable. I've been here five times now, and each visit has been consistently impressive! My absolute favorite dishes are the Stone Bowl Squid Bibimbap, Japchae, Spicy Chicken, and the Kimchi Pancake. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Each one is packed with delicious, traditional taste. A special shout-out to Poom, one of the male servers. He's always so helpful with recommendations, incredibly nice, always smiling, and super efficient. The service here truly enhances the dining experience. If you're looking for delicious, authentic, and affordable Korean food, Arirang is a must-try! What's even better is that the prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality you get.
Hands down the best Korean restaurant in Ann Arbor. If you're looking for a truly authentic, healthy, comforting Korean meal, this is the place to go. I'm a repeat customer, and everything I've tried on the menu has been superb. The food truly feels healing to the soul, perfect for you and your loved ones. Their stone bowl bibimbap and jjajangmyeon are especially outstanding. And the restaurant owner is especially kind to every one.
I think it's been over 2 years last time I was here and food and service are still great. One of my favorite Korean restaurants in Ann Arbor area. Bibimbap is on of my favorite. I would say it is a small size restaurant. Restaurant is very clean and well organized. Good atmosphere.
Great food and even better service! The hot bowl bibimbap with beef was awesome, and everything tasted fresh. Huge thanks to Poom — super friendly and always one step ahead. He noticed what I needed before I even asked. Definitely coming back!
Such a lovely, welcoming place. We were welcomed right away and seated quickly. Our waitress was fabulous. The menu reflected a great array of dishes. I sometimes struggle going to eat someplace with authentic dishes as I often have to ask for them to accommodate numerous dietary restrictions. They were wonderful in listening and removing ingredients I couldn't have. I was left with a flavorful and fresh bowl that I enjoyed. My husband enjoyed kimchi. We also savored dumplings that we were told are made fresh and homemade. It was a great experience, and fresh, flavorful food.
Ordered the spicy pork and kalbitang, and they were absolutely delicious! The side dishes were all amazing too—everything tasted so fresh and homemade. It really felt like eating a comforting home-cooked meal. Highly recommend!
